Getting to Pyramids Shopping Centre

The Centre has fantastic transport links including regular bus services and is within close proximity to Birkenhead Central railway station – ensuring visitors can reach us from across Merseyside and beyond.

By Car
Thanks to the Birkenhead and Wallasey Tunnels, access by car to the Wirral and Birkenhead couldn’t be easier. The Sat Nav postcode reference is CH41 2RL.
From Liverpool follow signs through the city to the Birkenhead Tunnel. On emerging, follow the road round the flyover after the toll plaza towards Birkenhead town centre. Follow signs to the Pyramids Shopping Centre which can be seen from the first roundabout after the toll plaza.
Visitors travelling from other parts of the Wirral or beyond, should take the M53 towards Junction 3 and follow the A552 for 3 miles towards Birkenhead. The Centre can then be found on the left-hand side of Borough Road.
By Bus
There is a bus station just outside the Pyramids Centre, operated by several companies who service all areas of Merseyside and the Northwest.

By Train
Birkenhead Central train station is located on the opposite side of Borough Road to the Centre.
Merseyrail operates four services every hour all week from Liverpool to Birkenhead. There is a service between Birkenhead and Chester & Ellesmere Port.
